Fenrir è una delle Divinità giocabili in SMITE.
Folklore[ | ]
I mortali devono fare affidamento alla saggezza degli Dei, ma non devono mai dimenticare che anch’essi possono fallire. Essi possono essere meschini, rozzi, e cosa peggiore tra tutte, possono sbagliare. Quali sono le conseguenze dei loro errori? Essi avrebbero dovuto uccidere il lupo Fenrir, ma scelsero invece di incatenarlo. Nonostante gli avvertimenti e le profezie in cui si diceva che egli avrebbe smembrato Odino durante il Ragnarok e divorato la terra e il cielo, essi non finirono il figlio di Loki. Ora, il terrore vaga libero. Non si sa come, ma Fenrir è Libero. Tre volte provarono a legarlo, ogni volta convincendo Fenrir che le catene non fossero niente di più che una prova per la sua forza, un test per vedere se le avrebbe potuto distruggere. Le prime due catene ,forgiate dagli Dei, si ruppero facilmente sotto il potere terribile della belva, ma la terza era un nastro, forgiato dai Nani, e Fenrir divenne sospettoso delle intenzioni degli Dei. Come prova di fede, egli chiese che uno di loro mettesse una mano nella sua bocca, e se il nastro si fosse rivelato di natura magica, allora egli lo avrebbe punito. Coraggioso, anche se stupido, Tyr mise la mano nelle fauci di Fenrir mentre il nastro veniva legato alla gamba del lupo. Fenrir si sforzò e ululò, ma non poté liberarsi, e con rabbia divorò la mano di Tyr. Per qualche tempo, Fenrir venne dimenticato, la spaventosa profezia divenne solo un ricordo. Ma essi erano stati avvertiti e gli Dei non fecero nulla. Fenrir è affamato ora, un alpha tra le pecore, è il primo cacciatore, ma nessuna carne potrà soddisfare il suo desiderio. È la vendetta che ricerca, e ora è Libero.

- Fenrir was one of the most anticipated and requested gods in Smite and continued to be as a joke in Smite's community, as always being the "next god".
- One of Fenrir's jokes, "Get. In. My. Belly!", is a direct quote made by Fat Bastard in the movie Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
- One of Metal Carnage Fenrir's voicelines for his ultimate, "Transform and roll out!", a reference to Optimus Prime from the Transformers franchise.
- Fenrir's directed taunt toward Odin, "This is destined, Old man!", references the Poetic Edda where it says Fenrir will end up devouring Odin during Ragnarök.
- Fenrir's dance social emote is a reference to the dance from Michael Jackson's Thriller.
