Notes[]
- The passive does not add a flat +25% magical power scaling but rather it increases the attack's scaling value by 25% (e.g. an ability with 32% magical power scaling will be increased to 40% scaling instead of 57%).
- The passive also affects healing abilities targeting allies or oneself while below the health threshold.
- Due to the Magical Power to Attack Speed conversion, this item provides +6% Attack Speed by default.
