11.7 - Summer Rewind Bonus | July 23, 2024
BONUS BALANCE – LIVE JULY 23
Item Balance
Warlock's Staff
- Fixed an issue where the evolved version of this item did not properly receive the buff from the 11.7 main patch
Shield of the Phoenix
- Added clarification to the description on the amount of heals per ability
Shifter's Shield
The clear standout of this patch, Shifter’s Shield, has found its way into numerous builds for characters outside of its intended demographic. As such, we are lowering its Power and generally decreasing its stat efficiency.
- Decreased Health from 300 to 250
- Decreased Passive Physical Power from 30 to 20
- Decreased Passive Magical Power from 45 to 30
Archdruid's Fury
This item has found its way into early game Support and Solo builds, as, with the adjustments to TTK, the base damage per stack adds up to a huge portion of a squishy’s health bar.
- Decreased Base Damage per stack from 30 to 25
Shield of Thorns
Thorns has a similar problem to Archdruid’s Fury; its base damage is simply too high for the new early game TTK.
- Decreased Base Damage from 100 to 85
Greater Shield of Thorns
- Decreased Base Damage from 100 to 85
Thorns of Judgement
- Decreased Base Damage from 100 to 85
Qin's Sais
As we acclimate various items and gods to the new version of TTK, we are undoing a shift we did to the items that deal damage based on the target’s Max Health since that stat has generally gone down across the board.
- Decreased Damage Scaling Health floor from 2250 to 2000
Soul Reaver
- Decreased Damage Scaling Health floor from 2250 to 2000
God Balance
Ymir
- Frostbite description updated to properly state that enemies affected by Frostbite deal 15% less damage.
Erlang Shen
We’re happy to see the excitement for this god to return to the meta, however he is overperforming by almost every measure. As such, we’ll be adjusting him a small amount to see if the hype will die down, or if he will remain at the top.
- General
- Decreased Base Health from 485 to 475
- Decreased Health per level from 85 to 82
- Spot Weakness
- Decreased Damage from 12/22/32/42/52 to 10/20/30/40/50
- Decreased Lifesteal from 4.5/9/13.5/18/22.5% to 4/8/12/16/20%
Artio
Artio has been loving the returning items from 11.7, notably Shield of the Phoenix. As such, we are partially reverting an adjustment to her sustain, as she certainly has plenty of it at this point!
- Energy Surge
- Decreased Heal from 40/80/120/160/200 to 40/60/80/100/120
Horus
With TTK’s lowering of base Protections, Horus has found much success in shredding away the lowered values. While this specific interaction is frustrating, Horus is not actually performing overly well, so we are giving him a small buff in compensation.
- Fracture
- Decreased Protection Reduction Debuff from 10/15/20/25/30 to 5/10/15/20/25
- Decreased Cooldown from 15/14.5/14/13.5/13s to 14/13.5/13/12.5/12s
Morgan Le Fay
Surprisingly, this dark enchantress is performing significantly worse in the first few weeks of 11.7 than she has over the past few patches, so we’re giving her a concise set of buffs to her ultimate to allow her to have a more obvious power play moment.
- Consuming Power
- Increased Mark Damage Scaling from 8% to 10%
- Increased Projectile Damage Scaling from 40% to 45%
- Added 50/70/90/110/130 Heal per hit
Baba Yaga
With TTK and other various meta shifts for Mid laners, Baba Yaga has fallen out of favor. A couple small adjustments to her survivability will allow Baba to have a bit more flexibility with her playstyle.
- Blast Off!
- Increased Damage Mitigation from 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% to 35% at all ranks
- Home Sweet Home
- Increased Shield Health Scaling from 25% to 30% of her Magical Power
Cernunnos
Though this hunter was once a mainstay of the ADC role, he has been overshadowed by many newer arrivals to the meta and requires a small bump up to get him back on track, especially in a post-TTK world.
- Heavy Glaive
- Increased Damage from 25% to 30% of his basic attack damage
- Bramble Blast
- Increased Damage from 55/90/125/160/195 to 65/100/135/170/205
- Horn Charge
- Decreased Cooldown from 17/16/15/14/13s to 15/14.5/14/13.5/13s
Jormungandr
Though you might expect the World Serpent to do well in a meta all about early pressure, especially now that his Basic Attacks proc item effects, he is however simply not performing to our expectations.
- Basic Attacks
- Decreased rate at which Jormungandr’s Basic Attack frequency slows down by roughly 30%
- Venomous Haze
- Decreased Mana Cost from 60/65/70/75/80 to 50/55/60/65/70
- The World Serpent
- Decreased Cooldown from 100s to 90s
