- Despite its name, the competition format will be that of a closed league starting on April 19th
- The matches will be played in a best-of-3 format
- There will be 8 participating teams, consisting of:
- 3 applicants
- 5 teams from the Invitational Qualifier on April 19th
- The top 4 teams will qualify for the Split Two Pro League, the bottom 4 teams will be entered into the Pro League Qualifier
