The Voice Guided System ("VGS") in SMITE is a library of preset voice commands that allow players to communicate with their team without having to type in the chat. The system is accessed by pressing "V" by default. Using one of the commands will also automatically send a message with the quote to the team chat.

There is also an optional voice pack for each god. These packs replace the default voicelines used by the VGS to new ones when playing with that god, voiced by that god's actor. If available, purchasing a voice pack will also unlock the VGS voicelines for any of that god's skins. Players can choose which set of voicelines they'll use in a match at the god selection screen, where they have the option to pick between "Default" (which uses the default announcer's voice), "God" (which uses the default voice set for that god) and "Skin" (which uses the voice set for the chosen skin).
